Refund & Return Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason (EU right of withdrawal).
To start a return, email soonpuu.ai@gmail.com with your order number. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund you within 14 days to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
To exercise the right of withdrawal you may use the model withdrawal form or send us a clear statement by email.
